- 1 tsp sweet soy sauce Kecap Manis
- ½ tsp sugar
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp cornstarch dissolved in a little water
- Oil for sautéing
Method
- Make the chicken mixture Combine the Olagud chicken meat, egg, garlic, chopped onion, flour, pepper, and salt in a bowl. Mix well until the dough is blended and easy to shape.
